Who we are
A community on tap
Goal: To build an alcohol free community anchored in friendship, rooted in connection and united through belonging.
Alcohull Free is about connection, belonging, and friendship. It’s about creating a community where nights out, days out and new friendships don’t revolve around alcohol.
What started with a simple idea has grown into a movement. People from every background come together to quiz, walk, eat, dance and share experiences, all without the hangover.
This is a space for anyone who wants more from their social life. A place to meet new people, build genuine connections and feel part of something real.
Community on tap. Always flowing, always welcoming, always fun.

We’re Henry and Lauren Beercock and we are Alcohull Free.
Who are we?
We are a Hull couple with a combined three years of sobriety and counting, who have completely turned our lives around, inside and out.
Why did we start AlcoHull Free?
We started AlcoHull Free because, honestly, there wasn’t anything like it in Hull; a city we’re proud to call home. Sobriety can feel isolating and too many people end up staying in because they don’t know where they’ll feel welcome. We wanted to change that.
Our goal?
To build an alcohol-free community anchored in friendship, rooted in connection and united through belonging. We focus on local independent venues, helping them thrive while showing there’s a real and growing demand for alcohol free options.
What began as a simple idea has grown into a movement; people from all walks of life coming together to quiz, walk, eat, dance and share experiences. Whether it’s a daytime meet-up or a night out, our events prove that connection, laughter and good vibes don’t need alcohol.
AlcoHull Free is about community on tap — always flowing, always welcoming, always fun.
If you’re sober, sober-curious, or just want to spend time with good people doing life differently… come join us. We’ve saved you a seat.
